Creating an event
Plan and manage your next event with Gracely. Follow these steps to create a new event, set up details, and organize volunteer support.
Steps to Create an Event
1. Navigate to the Events Section
- In the main dashboard, go to the Events section.

2. Start a New Event
- Click on Create New Event to begin setting up.

3. Add Basic Event Details
- Fill in essential details:
- Date & Time of the event
- Recurrence (if it’s a repeating event)
- Capacity Limits (e.g., number of seats)
- Payment Options (for paid events, if applicable)
- Once completed, click Next.

4. Provide Event Title & Description
- Enter a clear Event Title and Description to inform attendees about the event.
- Add an Image for better visibility, then click Next.

5. Assign Volunteer Team (Optional)
- Select a Volunteer Team responsible for the event or a series of events.
- This helps prevent conflicts and ensures teams are well-coordinated.
and click on Create the event button

After completing these steps, your event will be ready in Gracely, fully equipped to manage attendee capacity and support volunteer coordination.
