Embed form on your website
How to embed your form into your website and start collecting data!
1. Go to Forms section
2. Go on Actions column, click on three dots and then click Get embed code
You’ve successfully copied the embed code! Now, open your website editor and paste it into an HTML block to make it live!
The 2nd option is to get the embed code for a selected form. Click on the form and then select the Get Embed Code button in the left sidebar:
