Volunteer Scheduling is now live! + extra improvements

We are thrilled to announce the latest release of Gracely, filled with exciting improvements and new features designed to make managing your church easier and more efficient. Our team has been hard at work, and we’re excited to share what’s new:

  • New Volunteer Scheduling Feature Now Live: One of the most significant additions in this release is our brand-new Volunteer Scheduling feature! Managing your volunteer teams has never been easier. With this new system, admins can assign groups to specific events, ensuring the right people are in place when you need them. Group leaders can also log in to manage their volunteers directly, assigning team members to time slots based on availability.
    This feature gives your church more flexibility and organization when coordinating volunteer efforts, making it easy to track who is available, fill any gaps, and keep everyone on the same page. No more juggling spreadsheets or endless phone calls—now, everything can be done right within Gracely.

  • Redesigned Events Scheduling: We’ve completely revamped the layout for event scheduling, offering a cleaner, more user-friendly interface that simplifies the process of organizing and managing events for your church.

  • New Dashboard: We’ve introduced a new, clearer dashboard that offers a better overview of your church's activities at a glance. Finding the information you need is quicker and more intuitive.

  • Updated Person Profile Page: We’ve improved the interface of the person profile page, making it easier to view and manage member information across all screens and devices.

  • Group Layout Enhancements: Groups can now upload images, which will also be displayed on the Church Portal, allowing for a more engaging and personalized experience for your congregation.

  • Funds Layout with Donation Statistics: We’ve enhanced the layout for managing church funds, providing clearer views of raised donations alongside new statistics, helping you better understand your church’s financial performance.

  • Improved Church Portal: We’ve taken the church portal to the next level! Now, your portal can be a central hub for events, groups, giving, and more. The event management system has been optimized for easier browsing and registration. Groups are more interactive, with customizable images and descriptions to make them more engaging for your community. The new giving interface allows for streamlined donations, with clear and actionable options for one-time or recurring gifts.

  • Custom Form Creation to easily design forms for various church activities.

  • Family Management to streamline managing family units within your congregation.

  • Mass Email Communication to send targeted emails directly from Gracely.
